How do I download an MP3?
Need help with making downloads? Check out our step-by-step video here
If you are a new member of Dada.net, first you have to complete the registration process.
Once you find an MP3 that you want to download, click the green button next to it. Then:
Register: In the next page, fill out the required information, read the subscription agreement and press Enter
Confirm: Once you receive your PIN through a phone message, you can reply OK or enter it in the webpage. Once you receive the confirmation that the registration was successful, you will be ready to start downloading.
Your MP3s will start downloading to your PC. A pop up window will ask you if you want to open or save the file. Make sure you save it!
After the download is complete, it will be saved in the folder you chose.
Make sure you save your files in a safe place in your computer. Some browsers save the downloads in a temporary folder. You can change the options/preferences of your browser to specify where you want to save your MP3s.
Why haven't I received the content I selected yet?
MP3: Depending on your browser it is possible that your downloads go straight to a folder called “Downloads”. Go to options/preferences on your browser to locate the name of that folder. You can also look for files with the extension .mp3 in your PC to find your MP3s. Another strategy is to open the downloads window on your browser to find all the new downloads. You may be able to open them using a link located in the downloads window. If you looked in all these places and you still cannot find your MP3s, please contact our customer service department.
Mobile Content: Ringtones and images need a few seconds(or even a few minutes) before getting to your phone. It may also depend on your carrier's message traffic, the coverage in your area, the signal, your Internet connection or other factors.
If you requested a ringtone, an image or a game and you still have not received them after two hours, consider this:
1) Is your cell phone set for text messages? If you are not sure, contact your carrier.
2) Is the Internet connection configured properly on your phone? For more information contact your phone carrier.
3) Does your cell phone have a strong signal? Make sure you have good reception.
4) Make sure the WAP configuration has been activated. It should be "On" "Accept All" "Always" or "Receive Everything."

Did you save the content in your phone? For some models, it is necessary to save the ringtones or the images after downloading them. Check the "media" folders in your phone.

For MP3s: MP3s can only be downloaded to a PC so they should not be affected. The MP3s are yours to keep and do not expire. However, we suggest that you back up your files in case something happens to your computer.
