Why haven't I received the content I selected yet?
Mp3s: Depending on your browser your Mp3s may go to a specified “Downloads” folder. Go to your browser options/preferences to locate the name of this folder. You can also try searching files with the extension .mp3 on your PC to locate your Mp3s.Another strategy is to open the Downloads window on your browser to find all recent downloads. You may be able to “open” them from a link located in the Downloads window. If you have checked all of these places and still cannot locate the Mp3, please contact our customer service department for further assistance.
Mobile Content: Ringtones and images require a few seconds (or even a few minutes) before they arrive on your cell phone. It could also depend on your carrier's message server traffic, the coverage in your area, the signal, your Internet connection or other factors.
If you requested a ringtone, an image or a game and you still haven't received it after two hours, consider the following:
1) Is your cell phone equipped with text messaging? If you are not sure, contact your carrier.
2) Is the Internet connection configured correctly on your cell phone? For more information, contact your carrier.
3) Does your cell phone have a strong signal? Check to see if you are getting adequate reception.
4) Check if the WAP configuration has been activated. It should be set to "On" "Allow all" "Always" or "Receive all."
Here are some indications as to where to find these settings:
Nokia: Services > Settings > Service Inbox Settings > Messaging > Settings > Service Message
Motorola: Messages > Browser Messages > Menu Button > Browser Message Setup > Messages > Browser Messages > Browser Message Setup
LG: Internet > Push Messages > Receive

I don't know the model of my cell phone. How can I find it?
If you don't know what your model is or the brand, check your phone's manual or take out the battery to see the model on the back.
I can't find the message with the link. Where did it go?
Check on your phone under "inbound messages.”
Some carriers have more than one option for “inbound messages” some models of phones use different names for “inbound messages.” So, based on your model of phone or your carrier, in addition to “messages” you could find “internet messages,” “inbound services,” “funbox,” “messages from the browser” or simply “inbound push.”

Click on the link when you get the message. A page will open where you will see the content that you chose. Click on the title of the content in order to download it.
Why can't I download when I click on the link?
Mobile Content: Check with your carrier regarding your WAP settings. It's possible that your phone’s WAP connection is not configured correctly.

+ Check your AntiVirus program – some AntiVirus programs may interfere with your download. You can try disabling them temporarily to allow the download
If you have gone through the checklist and you are still unable to successfully download the Mp3, please contact us with the following information:
- The Web Link to the Mp3 you tried to download
- The name & version of the web browser you are using
- The version of your operating system

I can't find the content I downloaded.
Did you save the content on your phone? For some models, it is necessary to save the ringtones or the images after the download. Check the "media" folders on your phone.
I changed my cell phone. Do I have to transfer all my downloaded content?
For Mp3s: Mp3s can only be downloaded to a PC so they should not be affected. The Mp3s are yours to keep and do not expire. However, we do suggest you back up your data in the event your computer crashes.
For mobile content: Once downloaded, the content is saved directly on your phone and not on the SIM card. If you change your phone, you will have to download everything again.
My cell phone model is not on the list. What can I do?
You can contact us via the online form. Tell us the name of your carrier and the model of the phone that you didn't find on the list. Or, you can write an e-mail to help.us@dada.net, explaining the problem and including your phone model.

I didn't receive my PIN code. What should I do?
Wait a few more minutes. The delay could depend on the traffic of your carrier, the coverage in your area, the signal, or other factors.
If you still don’t receive the message within a few hours, contact us. Remember that in order to receive the password you must have the configuration for receiving SMS turned on.
On my list of downloads there is content that I never received. How did this happen?
Check again on your phone. If you requested the content, check your WAP Push Inbox and you will find a link to download it.
On my downloads list there are some doubles of certain content items. How did this happen?
It may be that you clicked on the download button more than once. If you think that this is the problem, contact us and we will resolve the matter.
What are tokens for?
The tokens are for downloading content. For standard content (depending on your carrier) 1 token corresponds to 1 download.
Can I listen to Mp3s/ringtones before I download them?
Yes. Go to our catalog and click on the "preview" button for the track you want to hear. That way, you can hear them before you download them.
What's the difference between monophonic and polyphonic ringtones?

To download a polyphonic ringtone, you need to be connected to WAP.
After completing the download request, you will receive a message containing the link where you can download the content selected.
The downloaded content is available for all types of phone models.
My polyphonic ringtone only has music without the voice of the singer. Why?
If you want to download music with voice you need to download a Realtone ringtone. Remember to check the configurations of your phone.
How do I download my ringtone?
Once you've completed the download, you can listen to the ringtone and click on "save." After saving it, go to the settings menu, choose "sound alerts/tones" and select "options." This way, you will have the ringtone and you can set it as the default tone.
How do I set an image as a background?
Once you've completed the download, you can see the image and click "save." After you've saved it, go to the settings menu and click "my images" and select "options." This will let you set the image as the background for your phone.
