Premium Music Membership
When you sign up to Dada.net, you can try out our service using the Free Music offer. Take the next step to upgrade to our $9.99 monthly subscription plan. Once you are subscribed, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged $9.99 and you will receive 25 bonus credits in addition to 15 monthly credits. Each month you are subscribed, you will receive 15 additional credits. Monthly credits are "use them or lose them", but your bonus credits will continue to roll over until you use them all, or until you cancel your monthly subscription. Please note, even after you cancel, the MP3s you downloaded are yours to keep forever!
7 Day Trial Offer
If you signed up with a credit card for our 7 day trial offer, you will receive the following subscription package:
- 25 Free MP3 downloads
- A 7 day trial period to test out the service at no charge.
- If you choose to stay beyond the one week, you will be charged a monthly subscription of $9.99.
- In addition to the 25 downloads, you will receive 15 MP3 credits per month. The monthly tokens are ""use it or lose it,"" but your initial 25 will roll over until they are all consumed.
Please note, your credits can only be used toward MP3s (One credit is equal to one MP3 download).

What operating systems are compatible?
Both Windows and Macintosh operating systems are compatible. In order to successfully download Mp3 files from our service, you must be using a web browser which allows downloads and has cookies enabled. In order to listen to your MP3s, you must have an MP3/music player available on your PC as well as a PC which recognizes the MP3 files.
I signed up for the 7 day trial. Why do I see a pre-authorization on my credit/debit card?
If you signed up for our trial, you may see a pre-authorization placed on your debit or credit card. Please note, your account has not been charged. You will not be charged until you have passed the trial period. If you choose to cancel the service before the end of the trial period your card will not be charged and the pre-authorization will drop from your card. Why do you need my credit card for the free trial?
A credit card is required upon registration for the free trial period for two reasons. The first reason is that we must verify that, once the free trial ends, you have a valid credit card to proceed with a subscription. To do this, verification is sent to your credit card. If your credit card company accepts the verification, the verification amount will remain in your cache as a "to be withdrawn" item. The purpose of performing verification is to determine if you have a valid credit card to initiate a subscription at the end of the trial, should you not cancel the subscription within the allotted seven-day period. If you choose to cancel the service before the end of the free trial period, the verification will drop off, meaning the verification amount is never withdrawn. This may take three to five business days depending on your credit card provider. However, if you do not cancel and wish to initiate the service, the verification amount will be withdrawn from your account to initiate the subscription.
The second reason is that entering your credit card allows for an enjoyable user experience by offering a seamless transition on behalf of the customer from the end of trial period to the full subscription. However, should you decide not to initiate a full subscription, we offer the option to cancel the service during the seven-day trial period, in which the credit card will not be charged for the subscription.
How do I save my MP3 downloads?
If you are a new member, first you have to complete the registration process at Dada.net. If you already have an account, make sure you are logged in first and have credits available for your MP3 download.
Once you find an MP3 that you want to download, click "Get MP3." Your MP3s will start downloading to your PC. A pop-up window will appear, asking if you want to save or open the file. Choose save and select a place in your computer to save the MP3. You can choose a default player to open your files. Select your favorite player, and click OK.

After your download is complete, the player you specified should open. If your player does not open, you can open your preferred Mp3 player and open your downloaded tracks and begin enjoying your music.
Make sure you save your files in a safe place in your computer. Some browsers save your downloads in a temporary file. You can change the options/preferences of your browser to specify where you want to save your MP3s.
How do I locate my MP3 downloads on my computer after I have downloaded them?
Make sure to save your files to a safe place in your computer. Some browsers may save your downloads to a temporary file. In the event you forgot where you saved your files on your computer, you have a few options. Depending on your browser your MP3s may go to a specified “Downloads” folder. Go to your browser options/preferences to locate the name of this folder. You can also try searching files with the extension .mp3 on your PC to locate your Mp3s. Another strategy is to open the Downloads window on your browser to find all recent downloads. You may be able to “open” them from a link located in the Downloads window.
How do I burn a CD of my MP3 downloads?
In order to burn a CD of the MP3s you have purchased, you must have a computer which has a CD drive and software which will allow you to burn CDs. Most MP3 players on your computer will have an option to burn a CD, so check the application’s Help file for step –by-step instructions. You can also consult your computer’s manual for troubleshooting tips.
I don't remember my password and/or my Login ID. Help!
To log in to your Dada.net account, just look for the Log In prompt on the upper right corner of this page. Click the Log In link. If you forgot your password, click the “forgot password” link and follow the directions to have your password sent to you. The password would be sent to the email address associated with your account – if you do not see the message in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.
If you do not remember your Dada login ID, we recommend you check the email address where you received your welcome email from Dada. Look for the welcome email from support@dada.net - this email will contain your Dada login ID.
If you still are having difficulty recalling your dada login ID, please fill out our online form. Please be sure to include the last 4 digits of the credit card used for your trial.
All About Credits
I cancelled, but didn't use all of my credits. Why can't I use the rest of my credits?
Once you cancel your account, you lose the rest of your remaining credits. The MP3s you downloaded are yours to keep forever, regardless of your account status.
I used all of my credits within the 7 day trial what happens now?
Once you have used all of your credits, you will need to wait until your trial period has ended. Once your credit card is charged, you will be granted 15 credits for the month. These credits will continue to refresh every 30 days from your sign-up date, and you will continue to be charged $9.99/month until you cancel your subscription.
I've used all of my credits and I want more. How can I add more credits to my account?
Currently, further upgrades are not available, but we do hope to add them very soon.
If I don't use all of my credits this month, can I use them next month?
The bonus credits you received upon sign up to our offers offer roll over until they are all used. Monthly credits do not roll over - you must use them or you'll lose them.
One of my downloads failed, can you help me?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced some difficulty with making a download on our site. If you have experienced a failed download, please send an email using our online form containing the URL (web address) of the failed download and your dada login ID. Our team will then assist you with retrieving any lost credits.
How to cancel your Premium Music Membership
To cancel your credit card linked subscription online, just log in at www.dada.net with your username and password and go to Account>Account Status. You can also log in and Click on this link to cancel.
PayPal
If you signed up to http://www.dada.net using PayPal and you would like to cancel your subscription, you must login to your PayPal account and initiate the cancellation there. Here are the steps:
1. Visit the link http://www.paypal.com
2. Please login to your PayPal account using the PayPal ID used to initiate the recurring subscription
3. Find the transaction from Dada Entertainment LLC (you may need to click the link "view all transactions"
4. Click the choice for CREATED under 'detail' option
5. Select CANCEL and follow the prompts to cancel the recurring charge
