How do I pay for this service? Do I need a credit card?
For your convenience, in lieu of a credit card, you pay directly from your phone.
Your wireless phone bill will reflect the charges for the content you downloaded, so credit cards are not required. Your subscription will renew each month until you cancel it.

How safe are the files? I’m concerned about viruses and spy-ware.

I live outside of the US – can I buy music here?
At this time, the Mp3 and Mobile content offered on this site is only available to customers in the United States who have a mobile phone with one of our supported carriers. However, you can still participate in our community, The Movement, and discuss your favorite songs and artists without having a supported phone. We hope this doesn’t deter you from enjoying our community and discovering new music!

I didn’t like the track I downloaded, can I “return” it?
All of our Mp3 and Ringtone selections contain previews of the song. You are free to preview the track before you download it to see if it’s what you’re looking for.
If there is a problem with the track you downloaded, please Contact Us. Be sure to include the 10 digit mobile number linked to your subscription, a description of the problem, and the web link to the content you downloaded.

Does the content that I download expire?
No. The products that you download on dada.net do not expire. Even after you stop your subscription, any content you downloaded remains yours to keep forever. However, it’s always a good idea to frequently back up your data in the event your computer breaks down, or you lose your phone.

Which System Requirements are needed to use this service? What are the Web Browser Requirements for downloading Mp3s?
Both Windows and Macintosh operating systems are compatible. In order to successfully download Mp3 files from our service, you must be using a web browser which allows downloads and has cookies enabled. In order to listen to your Mp3s, you must have an Mp3/music player available on your PC as well as a PC which recognizes the Mp3 files .

How do I download an Mp3?
If you are a new member to dada.net you must first complete the sign up process for dada.net.
Here’s how…
Once you’ve found an Mp3 you want to download, click Get Mp3

Sign-Up: On the next page, fill in the requested information, read the subscription agreement and click Enter

Confirm: Once you receive your PIN message on your phone, you can either reply OK or enter it on the website. Once you get confirmation that your sign up was successful, you are ready to start downloading.

Your Mp3 will begin to download to your PC. A pop up window will appear asking you to select where to Open or Save the file. You have the choice of deciding which Mp3 player you’d like to use as the default for opening your files. Select your preferred player, and click OK.
After your download is completed, it should Open in the preferred player you specified.
Be sure to make sure you save your files in a “safe” place on your computer. Some browsers may save downloads to a “temporary” file. You can adjust your browser’s options/preferences to specify where your Mp3s will be saved.

How do I save my music to my preferred music player?
During the download process, you can specify which music player you’d like to use to listen to open your Mp3 files after they download. To do this, select your preferred player and it should continue to default as the preferred player for future downloads. Some browsers may also allow you to check a box which will automatically handle similar files in the same manner.
You can also open your preferred browser and go to the options/preferences and select the option to make it the default player for all Mp3 files.

I downloaded an Mp3, but it didn’t download completely. Help!
If you experience a technical difficulty while downloading and the track does not download all the way, please contact our customer care team Please include the 10 digit mobile number linked to your subscription, a description of the problem, and the web link to the content you downloaded.

Can I download the same Mp3 more than once?
Yes, you can download the same track more than once if you need to, but for each new download you will be using one of your credits, so make sure you really want to download the same track more than once


How do I find songs that I’ve downloaded?
Depending on your browser your Mp3s may go to a specified “Downloads” folder. Go to your browser options/preferences to locate the name of this folder. You can also try searching files with the extension .mp3 on your PC to locate your Mp3s.
Another strategy is to open the Downloads window on your browser to find all recent downloads. You may be able to “open” them from a link located in the Downloads window.

How Many Downloads do I have left?
To find out how many downloads you have remaining for your billing cycle, just log into your account at www.dada.net. Once logged in, you will see a status update on the main page which shows how many downloads you have remaining.

I used all my downloads for this month, when do they refresh?
Your credits will refresh on the anniversary of your sign up date.

How do I burn a CD?
In order to burn a CD, you must have a computer which has a CD drive and software which will allow you to burn CDs. Most Mp3 players on your computer will have an option to burn a CD, so check the application’s Help file for info. You can also try doing a google search for “how do i burn a cd?” and you will get lots of helpful hints. You can also consult your computer’s manual for troubleshooting tips.

How do I transfer an MP3 to my Phone?
Depending on your phone’s model, you may be able to transfer your Mp3s and enjoy them “on the go” as a ringtone or complete music track. Because our Mp3s are No-DRM there are no restrictions that would prevent you from doing so. To find out how to transfer Mp3s to your phone, read your phone’s manual. You may also want to try searching on Google for helpful hints that are specific to your phone’s model.
