Black Kids was formed in March of 2006 in Jacksonville, Florida. This band consists of front man Reggie Youngblood (guitar and vocals), Kevin Snow (drums), Owen Holmes (bass guitar), Dawn Watley (keyboards and vocals), and Reggie’s Sister Ali Youngblood (keyboards and vocals). The band released a 4-song EP in August of 2007, entitled Wizard of Ahhh and has just released their first full length album - Partie Traumatic. Which is under the label Almost Gold & Colombia Records.; the first two singles released from the album have been “I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How to Dance with You” & “Hurricane Jane”.
