Josh: I wanted to thank you very much for sharing these notes and your page. I had the same thing happen with my 42" Philips TV, it wouldn't turn on without a restart and then eventually stopped turning on at all. Philips CSRs wouldn't help me and suggested I toss the $900 set in the trash. It was only 6 months old! I was very upset. After many frustrating calls I decided to escalate and write the CEO. Your page helped, gave me the info I needed. I eventually received an email back... and the CEO's office called me the next day. They are going to reimburse me fully for the part and the repair. Woohoo! Thanks for helping me "win" too!
